Who We Are
Kent Gardens AFH was founded by a loving couple who dedicated their lives to caring for the elderly. Paul a Registered Nurse (RN) and Ann a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) have a combined experience over 25years providing care for seniors. As a matter of fact, they met at work while caring for senior residents and the rest is history. They have both worked in various settings including Acute care hospitals, home health, Nursing homes, Assisted living facilities, Memory care units and adult family homes.
At Kent Gardens AFH, we provide high quality personalized care for you or your loved one. Every resident is treated with respect, dignity and high level of professionalism and compassion. This enables every client to thrive and achieve a high quality of life.
